Zen Cart  - How to New Product

To have control over how "New Products" are displayed :

A)

1. Go to include/modules (Place where data displayed are collected from Zen Cart database)
   
2. Create a folder with the same name as your template (in case if it is not)
3. Copy   includes/modules/new_products.php to includes/modules/YOUR_TEMPLATE_NAME/new_products.php (this is place where you will do changes if you consider)
4. Data are sent to ... see B)
   

B)

1. Go to include/templates
   
2. Create a folder with the same name as your template (in case if it is not)
3. Copy   includes/templates/templates_default/templates/tpl_products_new_default.php to includes/modules/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE_NAME/tpl_products_new_default.php (this is place where you will do changes if you consider)
4. Data are sent to tpl_columnar_display.php ( see lind #22) You can direct it to any other file you wish to. By default that file should be in includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE_NAME/common/tpl_columnar_display.php

C)

1. Copy   includes/templates/templates_default/templates/tpl_columnar_display.php to includes/modules/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE_NAME/common/tpl_columnar_display.php (this is place where you will do changes if you consider)
2. This is used for special and featured products listing. Would you like to be dysplayed diferent then see B and C and decide what you wish to have.
